Rehabilitation Manager - Full Time/ Permaent position - Monday thru Friday
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist with a minimum of 3 years of experience to assume the role of Rehab Manager PT OT SLP.
This individual will focus on providing overall direction to the department to ensure a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Strong critical thinking skills
Solid leadership skills with vision
Excellent staff management skills with strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to follow through with the vision of our health care philosophy in providing an exceptional patient experience with results
Ability to motivate staff to adhere to health care philosophy
Strong clinical skills and business acument
Responsible for captial and operational budgets, strategic business development, regulatory JAHCO
