JOB DESCRIPTION: The Regional Rehab Director is responsible for the overall administration, clinical planning, development, and operations of the rehab departments in skilled nursing facilities. Ensures rehabilitation staff is providing appropriate care to resident within established standards for quality and in accordance with established principles of care. Directs the evaluation and development of in-house therapy programs including equipment assessment and staffing ratios. Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Masters degree in
Speech Therapy.
* Current valid state licensure as an OTR, RPT, or SLP-CCC.
* Two years' Regional Manager experience overseeing Skilled Nursing Facilities is required.
* Must reside in one of the following locations: Near Montgomery, Birmingham AL or Atlanta, GA.
