Enjoy your work with a reasonable patient load of approximately 25 patients per week within a 35 mile
radius.
Excellent supportive environment.
Provides quality therapy services to patients in the home. All therapy services will be provided in accordance with the state licensure laws, professional standards and ethics, and within the guidelines of the departmental and agency standards, policies and procedures.
Mileage Reimbursement and Shift Differentials available. Qualifications Valid/current PT licensure in the state in which you practice required. Previous rehabilitation experience. Ability to transfer and position patients independently and safely. Effective communications skills and basic computer skills.
