This is a local company in Atlanta, GA seeking to hire a Physical Therapists to fill a full time position.  This position entails direct services to patients in an outpatient pain management office.  Duties will include assessments, treatment, program planning and implementation with related documentation and communication.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy for a designated group of patients, providing physical therapy evaluations, modalities, and treatments 
• Plan and implement specific treatment/programs for home health patients according to principles and practices of physical therapy  
• Develop specific physical therapy goals to be included in the Plan of Care                                                        
• Evaluate patients' functional ability using appropriate tests                                                                                                      
• Instruct, educate on home exercise program
• Administer and instruct prescribed physical therapy treatments to restore functions, relieve pain, and prevent further disease or injury 

 
Qualifications/Requirements:    
                                              
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or entry level masters degree, current Georgia license in physical therapy, current CPR certification, 2 years experience, good communication skills, ability to lift and move 5-100 lbs and bending. NEW GRADS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
 
Must read and write in English, possesses an ability to communicate with patients, families, staff, physicians, support agencies, vendors, and others; has an ability to evaluate and/or interpret information and make independent decisions.
 
Hours:
Mon – Fri 9 – 6 OR 10 - 7
 
Salary is based on experience
