Job Description:
We need a OR RN for 4 weeks, we may consider 6 if need be. We will guarantee 32/hours a week to give us flexibility in scheduling, as we have a small OR unit.
The Circulating/Scrub RN exercises independent judgment in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care delivered to patients undergoing surgery. This RN works collaboratively with the surgeon and anesthesiologist to maintain asepsis and assure safe, quality care throughout the surgical procedure. This RN supervises surgical technicians and other technical assistants and works collaboratively with all other departments. This job is days with call. There is potential to be on call for holidays (like Labor Day, Thanksgiving etc.)
Requirements:
Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be considered a traveler.
Must have at least 2 years of experience.
