Occupational Therapy 20 bed rehab Unit Bookmark and Share
Join this top 100 hospital outside Nashville. This 250+ bed tertiary level facility services a primary patient population draw of 250,000. If you live in Nashville and you are not willing to relocate, please do not apply. Client is offering up to $5,000 for relocation and $7,000 as a signing incentive payable on FIRST payroll cycle. Qualified candidates will have either a Masters. B.S.; M.S. or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Must be able to read and write English. Ratio is 6:1 1/weekend per month Hours: 8a-4:30p M-F Primary Hospital - 20 bed unit – Inpatient Rehab EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2-5 years experience in an acute care rehab setting. Candidate must have current licensure or be eligible to apply for licensure in the state of Tennessee. SKILLS: a. Candidate needs to have effective oral and written communication skills with all age groups and educational levels. b. Candidate needs to have good organizational and problem solving skills and takes responsibility for own actions. c. Candidate emphasizes excellence in patient care and customer relations. Candidate must be able to interact with all age groups, educational levels, and people with medical or cognitive problems in an effective, pleasant, courteous, and respectful manner. d. Candidate is willing and able to be flexible and versatile in role functions e. Candidate is able to handle a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment while providing excellent quality of care.
