* An Occupational Therapist will perform patient evaluations and
* Provide therapeutic services according to physician's orders in the patient's home setting.
Requirements
* Licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the respective state.
* One year clinical experience strongly preferred.
* CPR Certification
* Personal transportation, valid drivers license and automobile insurance coverage.
