Job Description:
The Staff Occupational Therapist upon the referral of a patient by a Medical Staff Member, evaluates the patients functional abilities, develops functional treatment goals and time frames, establishes the patients rehabilitation potential, and develops a treatment program which will achieve the treatment goals. The incumbent shall assess in an ongoing manner the patients response and effectiveness of treatment, modifying or discontinuing treatment as needed, and conferring with the referring physician as necessary.
Requirements:
Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be considered a traveler.
Must have at least 1 year of experience.
