Director of Rehabilitation
This position is accountable to manage physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT), and speech and language pathology (SLP) rehabilitation services in the hospital in order to provide quality direct patient care and timely, effective support to clinical units in accordance with departmental, hospital and regulatory requirements. The position is responsible for operating and staffing free standing outpatient clinics and inpatient services operated by and through the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Services. Ensures compliance to all policies and procedures. Responsible for department financials performance as related to yearly budget. The incumbent in this position will support the mission, vision, values and strategic initiatives of our hospital and must demonstrate a commitment to quality service to patients, physicians, the public and co-workers.
