The Administrative Director is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and managing resources for the emergency department 24/7. These responsibilities include: budget; developing unit goals; recruitment; achieving quality outcomes; policies and procedures; monitoring of quality and quantity of services; maintaining positive working relationships with staff and System departments and managers, ensures compliance with Standards of Nursing Practices while delivering optimum health care delivery within budgetary guidelines.

BSN, Masters preferred
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE : 3 years experience in discipline or specialty in addition to 3 years of management experience within an acute care hospital.
Specialty or Administration certification desired.
