The Physical Therapist (PT) assesses patients' physical and functional needs; develops and implements care plans; monitors and evaluates outcomes related to the assessment; provides patient and staff education and follows policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies. The PT independently manages his/her own patient caseload; provides services as part of an interdisciplinary team, and plans, implements and evaluates patient programs. The Physical Therapist adheres to principles of evidence-based practice in daily decision-making and abides by the State Practice Act and the APTA Code of Ethics.

* 58-bed comprehensive inpatient/outpatient rehab hospital
* Specialized outpatient programs including wheelchair seating clinic, vestibular rehab program & aquatic program
* State designated Brain & Spinal Cord Injury Center
* Electronic charting

Job Requirements:
Credential Requirements:
A current and clear Florida Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) is required.
Education Requirements:
New grads welcome! DPT Degree is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
Neuro rehab experience is preferred (through clinical affiliations or work experience).
