| OTR/Occupational Therapist/Registered Occupational Therapist/OT- for Pediatric population |

Time to be divided in the following ways:
* Part-time 1:1 assessments and therapy within the home settings (through out San Jose area) in addition to consultation with in-home ABA teams (when applicable, again within the home setting);
*Consultation with Early Intervention Program Coordinator (approximately 1-2 hours per week). Consultation to take place on site (SJ) and/or over the phone;
*Co-facilitating the "Shining Stars" programs with the Program Coordinator in the Center-Based Speech and language Program (Children between the ages of 3-5 year, 11 months) as well as the Early Intervention Programs (Children between the ages of 181/2 months-3months); and
*Consult (on San Mateo site over the telephone) with Early Intervention Team in San Mateo as well as some possible assessment/therapy opportunities.
Report and goal writing as needed in additiona to IFSP and IEP attendance on an as needed basis.

Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy (minimal)
*Valid California Occupational Therapy Licensure (OTR/L)
