Job Description
Provides a full range of Physical Therapy services including evaluation, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions and discharge planning. Supervises treatments delivered by the staff PTs, PTAs and students. Coordinates daily activities of the occupational therapy services, participates in program development, quality improvement and problem solving in a flexible team fashion. Assist with the interviewing, hiring and disciplinary process for staff

Job Requirements:
Qualifications
* Licensed in the state of CA or eligible.
* CPR qualified or completes training.
* BS degree from an APTA accredited school of Physical Therapy
* Minimum 5 years experience as a physical therapist working in acute care, inpatient rehabilitation and/or outpatient.
* Progressive management experience or program development preferred.
* Knowledge in all areas of patient treatment.
* Ability to carry out department and hospital policies and procedures.
* Self directed.
* Effectively communicates verbally and in writing.
* Demonstrates understanding of comprehensive rehabilitation principles. Demonstrates understanding of Joint Commission, CMS and State regulations.
